What we collect
- Contact details you give us when you enquire: name, email address and telephone number.
- Passenger details needed to operate a trip: the full name and contact number of each person travelling.
- Health information you choose to disclose where an activity requires it.
- Basic technical information from your browser when you visit this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to operate the trip you have booked, to compile the passenger manifests required for marine operations, and to meet our obligations to Philippine authorities. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Passenger manifests are provided to maritime and port authorities as required. Where a trip is delivered in part by a third-party operator, we share only the information that operator needs to run it safely.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Operational records including manifests are kept for the period required by Philippine law.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed about, to access, to correct and to object to the processing of your personal data, and in certain circumstances to have it erased. Write to us and we will act on it.
